SUNDAY WORSHIP
Jan 18 @ 10:00a
This Sunday we will look at Luke 1:1-4 and see Luke’s purpose for writing his Gospel. Luke demonstrates that being a historian, a theologian and a physician impacted how he told the story of Jesus.
SOUPER BOWL COMPETITION
The competition begins this Sunday. Bring in your donations and place them at the display in the foyer. One person from your class needs to text me with your total items (not total points, my spreadsheet will do that) before 9:15a. Your class totals will determine how you will be placed on the competition bracket. We are collecting Vienna Sauage (1 pt/can); Toilet paper (3 pts/roll) and Peanut Butter/Jelly (5 pts/jar).
CONTRIBUTION STATEMENTS
You should have received your 2025 Contribution Statement in your inbox this week. If you have not received it, please contact Renee (615.896.0490 x1). Also, if you are still giving through the ChurchTrac platform, we need you to switch to our current giving platform through Subsplash. You can go to the church website or church app and click give to set up a one-time or recuring donation. Don’t forget to stop your ChurchTrac donations.
WINTER WEATHER AND CHURCH ACTIVITIES
If we have severe weather and it is determined that church activities need to be modified or cancelled for the safety of our attendees, you will be notified in advance by email/text. The announcement will also be posted on the church website.
OLD FUNITURE
We still have the table, mirror (rectangle), mirror (oval) and picture from the foyer renovation in storage. If you would like any of those items, please let me know. Otherwise, they will be donated to a charity.
