Unshakable Assurances (2 Timothy 4:16-18)
Pastor Joe will be out of state this weekend for a Celebration of Life service in Maryland. In his place, Whit Chapman will be bringing the message. Whit is a native of middle Tennessee as he grew up in Franklin. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been married to Wendy for 29 years. They have four children: Caroline, Harrison, Anna Belle and Jonathan. Whit has been in pastoral ministry for almost 30 years and just began serving with the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board as the Harvest Field 3 leader 8 weeks ago.

The BCM will have their weekly worship service at 7p and then we are going to feed them dinner afterward (about 8:15p). Cindi Posey is taking care of everything, but if you can volunteer to help, especially with serving and clean up, please sign up at the Welcome Center.
DAYCARE FUNDRAISER
The daycare is selling 6.5" Poinsettias and 4" Christmas Cactus for $15 each. Sale ends on Sunday, November 1.
OPERATION CHIRSTMAS CHILD
Shoeboxes are now available in the foyer, but we are very limited with them. So, if you have your own, please use it or purchase a “shoebox” sized tote to pack. Don’t forget to follow the instructions and include your shipping donation. The last day to turn in your shoebox is Nov 15.

- You can still volunteer your CAR to decorate and hand out candy. Beth will assign you a spot. Please be here and set up by 3:30 as traditionally, our guests will start arriving by 3:45. If you can’t provide a car, there are other places you can serve, just ask Beth.
- If you have no other responsibilities, come and get involved with CONVERSATIONS with our guest. Get to know them and invite them to visit us in worship on the next Sunday morning.
