SUNDAY WORSHIP

We are God’s handiwork and were created in order to do good works that He planned for us to take part in. These good works are not executed to receive the love of God. These good works are the result of God’s good grace toward us. We should live lives of gratitude because we are loved by God as His beloved creation.
JOY CLUB
June 10, 11:30a
The JOY Club will be having sandwiches here at the church and then going to The Rutherford to sing hymns with the residents there. Bring food to share at church and your voice to share at The Rutherford.
CBA GOLDEN GANG
June 16, 11a
We will be hosting the Concord Baptist Association Golden Gang (senior adults) luncheon here at Southeast. If you can help set up, serve, or clean up, please talk to Gary Young.
PAINTING
June 20 & 27, 10a-3p
We are painting the classrooms and hallway in the 2nd building. The church will provide everything; we just need your time. Come and give an hour or two or all day. Lunch will be provided.
BACKGROUND CHECKS
Due to a change in federal law, background checks for adults working with minors are now only valid for three (3) years. If you receive a text from me asking for you to complete an online form, it is not an attempt to get gift cards from you! Follow the link and enter your information. Once your background check has been completed, your personal information will be deleted. If you would prefer, I have a paper authorizations you can fill out and hand back to me.

Lori and I are leaving Sunday afternoon for the Southern Baptist Convention in Dallas, TX and will return late next Thursday night. I will be available by phone, but understand that my response may be delayed.
