SUNDAY WORSHIP

After the angel Gabriel announces to Mary that she will have a baby boy, name Him Jesus and that He will be the Son of God and the Savior of all of mankind, she goes to visit her relative Elizabeth who is, although not on the same level as Mary, having a miracle baby of her own. What ensues is a worship service. John (Elizabeth’s unborn baby), Elizabeth and Mary all praise God. That is what happens (or at least should happen) when we come in contact with Jesus – worship, praise and joy!
SOUPER BOWL COMPETITION
Feb 15
It’s the Children taking on the Adams Class in Souper Bowl XII. Bring in those Vienna Sausages, rolls of toilet paper and jars of peanut butter or jelly for one last Sunday. Text me your totals and which team you are supporting. We’ll announce the winner after the Souper Bowl Lunch in the gym after worship. Bring soups, sandwiches and desserts to share. After the announcement, we will load all the donations into the Greenhouse Ministries truck. Thank you for your generosity. NOTE: Don't forget to wear clothing supporting your favorite team (it doesn't matter the sport).
LOVE OFFERING
Feb 22
We will be collecting a Love Offering for Pastor Arturo to help offset the cost of him traveling to Brazil to be with his son, Arturo, Jr, for a very serious surgery on February 27. Pray for Arturo, Jr’s surgery and recovery and for Pastor Arturo and his son Jacob as they travel.
